METS Performance Consulting - Testing Services Cancellation Policy

At METS Performance Consulting, we strive to provide the highest quality testing services to our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:
Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their testing appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Cancellation and rescheduling can be made online via your confirmation or reminder emails, or by emailing or calling your practitioner.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

·       Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total testing service cost.

·       Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

3. Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their testing appointment without penalty if they provide at least 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee, depending on availability.

4. Emergency Cancellations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If a cancellation is due to an unforeseen medical or personal emergency, METS Performance Consulting will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit for a future booking.

5. Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule:
Clients can cancel or reschedule online via the link provided on their confirmation/reminder email. Alternatively, they can email or call their practitioner during business hours. Cancellations via text message or social media may not be accepted.

By booking a testing service with METS Performance Consulting, clients agree to abide by this cancellation policy. This ensures fairness to both our clients and staff, allowing us to maintain efficient operations and quality service.
